Standard Terms: 50% Down, balance net 30 days from date of shipment, subject to credit department approval. Orders under $5,000 net require prepayment with order.
Order Confirmation
Wesnic will provide the purchaser with a "Customer Acceptance Invoice" upon receipt of an order. This form not only serves as an order acknowledgement but also as a purchasing contract. In lieu of the receipt of a formal purchase order, the customer must sign and return the customer acceptance prior to any work beginning. Additionally, work will not begin on any order prior to the receipt of the required deposit.
Taxes
All orders are subject to States Sales Taxes in the order's delivering state. Wesnic will treat each order on a case-by-case basis. If you are a tax exempt body you must present a current State Resale/Tax Exemption Certificate at the time of your order.
Cancellations/Changes
Orders may not be cancelled or changed without the written consent of Wesnic; such consent may be withheld or granted subject to conditions, service charges and/or price changes, at Wesnic's sole discretion. Refunds of customer deposits shall not be granted under any circumstances.
Warranty
The original purchaser of Wesnic furniture is protected against defective workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment. Warranty on products not manufactured by Wesnic (including without limitation upholstery material) is not covered by Wesnic; but is governed solely by the guarantees or warranties, if any, of the manufacturer. Wesnic will accept no responsibility for durability of Customer's-Own-Material (C.O.M.).
WE WILL REPLACE OR REPAIR DEFECTIVE FURNITURE COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY DURING THE ABOVE STATED PERIODS. PROVIDED THE CUSTOMER NOTIFIES WESNIC WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DISCOVERY OF A DEFECT AND THE FURNITURE OR DEFECTIVE PORTION IS RETURNED PROMPTLY AS DIRECTED, CHARGES PREPAID. IN NO EVENT SHALL LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF DEFECTIVE FURNITURE.
Immediate written notification is required and instructions will be sent to you covering the return. MERCHANDISE RETURNED WITHOUT WRITTEN NOTIFICATION WILL BE REFUSED. No deductions for repairs in field will be allowed without specific written authorization. This warranty does not apply to furniture damaged by accident, abuse, neglect or misuse, nor does it apply if repairs are attempted by purchaser or by anyone other than an authorized Wesnic employee.
This warranty replaces all other warranties, expressed or implied, and we neither assume nor authorize any person to assume for us any other obligation of liability in connection with our furniture.
No salesperson or representative has the authority to change or alter any provisions as noted on these pages.
Phone Orders
Wesnic accepts phone orders as a service to our customers. We do require that a purchase order marked "CONFIRMATION" follow immediately. Duplicate orders not marked "CONFIRMATION" are the responsibility of the customer.
Quotations
All quotations by factory or representatives are for 30 days, unless extended in writing.
Prices
Prices may change without prior notice. All prices F.O.B. points of manufacture.
Match-up Orders
If an order is to match a previous shipment, it must be clearly stated on the order. Please supply original invoice number and date. Periodically materials are discontinued by our suppliers and requested materials cannot be supplied, customer will be notified.
Manufacturing
Periodically we make changes to existing product designs in order to improve the general construction of our product. In this event, product may vary slightly from catalog photography.
Samples
We make an effort to fill all sample orders promptly. Samples are supplied on firm orders only; must be paid for, and cannot be returned for credit.
Payments
For our customer's convenience, Wesnic accepts payments with Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
Shipping Information
All of our prices exclude freight.
Shipping Charge:

We have negotiated a very competitive program with our carriers which we are happy to extend to you, it features

• Wesnic schedules shipment for you
A 20% surcharge is added to the actual freight cost to cover administrative expenses. Rates exclude inside delivery, call before delivery, and other extra charges.
2. Collect
We will be happy to use your carrier, provided they serve our plant. If not, we can recommend a carrier, although we cannot assume responsibility for differences in freight charges.
Freight Claims
All of our shipments are F.O.B. factory. While we will do everything possible to insure your order arrives in good condition and on time, we cannot be held responsible for freight damage or delays.
When you receive an order, please follow these few simple steps
1. Thoroughly inspect all incoming orders.
2. If an item has been freight damaged, it is important to note the damage on delivery receipt
3. Call the carrier immediately to request an inspection and freight claim instructions.
4. Take pictures of said damage and forward to your sales rep. to document claim
5. Claims for concealed damage must be filled with the carrier within five days of receipt
6. If a shipment is received undamaged but is not what you ordered, call Wesnic within five days of receipt.
Please note: Refusal to accept an order from the carrier does not relieve you of responsibility for payment, any associated freight costs and may necessitate additional charges.
